JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Transaction Delivery and Project Management:
✓ Coordinate with transaction teams to support on-ground project development.
✓ Develop understanding of commercial and contractual implications under various contracts, specifically for Project
Financing.
✓ Analyze high-end, complex financial models and conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis.
✓ Support in the design and development of best solutions for clients.
✓ Prepare reports, information memoranda, summaries, and presentations.
➢ Client Interaction:
✓ Engage with client teams to understand their requirements.
✓ Respond to client’s changing needs and priorities.
✓ Support in designing and developing solutions to best address client’s needs.
➢ Business Development:
✓ Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients, and competitors.
✓ Support in responding to proposal requests by potential clients.
➢ Qualifications
✓ MBA or equivalent experience
✓ 6+ years of experience
✓ Experience with PPP Advisory Firms/Infra Companies/developers/investors/funds or similar financial and corporate advisory institutions
✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients. Ability to effectively present information.
✓ Individuals having experience into project execution of mandates encompassing DFR, DPR and TEV within the Government Sector will be preferred.
✓ Leverage a comprehensive understanding of government framework, processes, and related aspects.
✓ Demonstrate experience in supporting project execution related to Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Demand Estimation, and Transaction & Deal Advisory within the Government Sector.
✓ Utilize quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques to support decision-making processes.
✓ Showcase exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in report writing, underpinned by a thorough knowledge of financial modelling.
✓ To support the team in preparing Bid documents and facilitate bid process management
✓ Involve in preparation of proposal & pitches with the client and work towards timely closure of the projects.
✓ Ability to cultivate new clients and manage existing ones across public sectors.
✓ Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
✓ Computer proficiency and knowledge of software applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power point
✓ Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.

✓ Responsible for multiple reporting which assist in tracking team’s progress, generate lead, organize effective follow – ups both within the teams and with Clients, etc.
