Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support Executive Director in
managing day-to-day operations, communications, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will
be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of handling a wide range of executive support tasks with
discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
arrangements
• Prepare and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the executive
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting and follow-ups
• Monitor emails and prioritize tasks for the executive
• Support with personal tasks as required (if applicable)
• Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
• Assist in project coordination and event planning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Experience with travel planning and calendar management tools
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience supporting C-level executives
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
