Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical MBA Finance Fresher to join our team as a Management
Trainee. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in the B2G business vertical, supporting the
planning, evaluation, and execution of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects. The selected candidate
will gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, feasibility analysis, project structuring, and
financing of large-scale infrastructure and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing detailed financial models for infrastructure and PPP projects.
• Support in drafting financial feasibility reports to assess project viability.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis for new projects.
• Collaborate in structuring deals for PPP projects including project financing and equity-debt
structuring.
• Work closely with the strategy and legal teams to ensure alignment with government policies
and compliance norms.
• Help coordinate with external stakeholders including banks, financial institutions, and
government agencies.
• Participate in bid preparation, proposal writing, and submission for government tenders.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance of ongoing PPP projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• MBA in Finance (recent graduate or final semester) from a reputed institution.
• Strong academic background with a focus on finance, accounting, or economics.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling techniques.
• Basic understanding of PPP frameworks, infrastructure financing, and government tendering
processes is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and work collaboratively in a high-paced environment.
