Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and analytical MBA freshers to join our Investment Banking
division as Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to mergers and acquisitions
(M&A), fundraising, financial advisory, and capital market transactions. The selected candidate will
work closely with senior bankers on live deals, financial modelling, industry research, pitch books, and
client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of investment banking transactions including M&A, private equity, and
debt deals.
• Conduct industry and company research, including market analysis and benchmarking.
• Prepare financial models (DCF, LBO, Comps) and valuation reports.
• Draft pitch books, information memorandums (IMs), teasers, and management presentations.
• Support due diligence processes and coordinate with clients, legal, and other advisors.
• Maintain and update databases and financial records.
• Attend client meetings and support senior bankers in presentations and strategy.
• Stay abreast of market trends, sector news, and financial regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• MBA/PGDM in Finance from a reputed institute (2024/2025 pass-out preferred)
• Strong academic background and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.
• Basic understanding of valuation methods and capital markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail, ethical integrity, and teamwork orientation.
